Booking & Reservations

You can use the Fjord Rentals website to search and book available holiday homes. Start from the search/booking pages, choose your dates and preferred accommodation, and follow the booking steps shown there.

After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. If you can’t find it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact Customer Support.

Yes. The main tenant must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

You can book multiple homes, subject to availability. If you want specific locations (e.g., near each other), contact Customer Support. This can’t be guaranteed.

This depends on availability and the property’s rules. Contact Customer Support to ask. Approval can’t be guaranteed.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

Cancellation conditions are listed in the Terms & Conditions and in the terms attached to your booking confirmation.

Yes, you can request a change to your booking by contacting Customer Support. Please note that we can’t guarantee that a change will be approved, as each request is reviewed individually and depends on availability and the property’s policies.

No, we do not offer cancellation insurance. If you would like this type of coverage, please arrange it directly with your preferred insurance provider.

Arrival & Departure

You will receive a check-in SMS on the day of your arrival, which includes the key code and the Wi-Fi code. Before that, we will send you the route description and the exact location to help you find the property easily.

The arrival procedure is generally the same, but the details can vary between homes because each one is at a different address.

Facilities & House Information

No. Fjord Rentals explicitly presents many different holiday homes, and facilities/rules can differ between properties. Always check the individual accommodation page.

Bed linen is provided. Please make sure the number of guests is correct in your booking so the right amount can be prepared.

Towels are provided per person. Please ensure your guest count is correct in the booking.

You will receive it in a check-in SMS on the day of your arrival, which includes both the key code and the Wi-Fi code. In many homes, it’s also available in the house information booklet.

Shampoo and shower gel are not provided as standard, so we kindly ask guests to bring their own.

Children, Families & Pets

No. Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
