Overview of occupancy

Checking the occupancy of your holiday home is easy. To make sure we can rent out the house as much as possible, you can use the house yourself for about 6 weeks a year. Needless to say, it is up to you to decide when to plan these weeks. This allows us to create the highest level of earnings for you!

Your earnings

We will pay out the rental income to you monthly. Of these proceeds, 65% go to the property owner. The other 35% goes to Fjord Rentals, for services rendered. These transactions are made in euros. Needless to say, you always have insight into your earnings through your owner login on our website.

Occupancy

The occupancy rate shows you at a glance how your property is doing in terms of rental bookings. Is there an increase? Or perhaps a decrease? In the latter case, we will promote your property in our marketing efforts!

How do you promote my property?

In addition to presenting your property on our website and other booking channels, we actively advertise online. Our photographer/videographer will capture your holiday home in pictures and video and we will write a catchy and comprehensive text to use on the various booking channels.

We will make sure your property is attractively presented, and easily found and booked!
